JON OLIVA To Kick Off Storytellers-Themed Tour In Tampa This November

Vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Jon Oliva (SAVATAGE, JON OLIVA'S PAIN) has released his new OLIVA solo album, Raise The Curtain. Drummer/producer Chris Kinder (Jon Oliva's Pain) has checked in with the following update:
"Holland rewarded us with Album Of The Month going up against a number of other great new releases including MEGADETH, ALICE IN CHAINS, QUEENSRYCHE and more...wow, very exciting. We now start moving forward with the Storytellers tour and focusing on 2014 new studio recordings, and the 2014 Euro festival season. Looks like we have much work to do and we send our continued heartfelt thanks for the amazing support for the new CD. Cheers to one and all.And if all goes well our Storytellers tour will begin in Tampa on November 28th. Looking to do 10-12 shows for the first leg. More info asap...thank you all!"
More than thirty years after the start of his career with Savatage, and successive projects/bands like TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA and Jon Oliva's Pain, now legendary songwriter and performer Jon Oliva released his first ever solo album, titled Raise The Curtain. The album was released simply under the banner OLIVA and you can expect a mixture of Jon Oliva’s early influences and the material he wrote and recorded throughout his whole artistic career.
