K.K. DOWNING Talks Departure From JUDAS PRIEST In New Audio Interview - "I Wasn't Totally In A Happy Place, So I Thought It Was Time To Make Way"

Former Judas Priest guitarist K.K. Downing recently guested on The Five Count radio show based in Mankato, MN and revealed some of the reasons for his departure from the band in 2011, stating it was due to "lots and lots of other reasons; some small, some not so small. And collectively, putting everything together, I thought that I wasn't totally in a happy place, so I thought it was time to make way."

Downing recently uploaded the video Toys In The Attic Vol. 2, showing off his guitar gear from 80s Hamers up to KxK s 2016. Watch the new clip, as well as Toys In The Attic Vol. 1, below:

He recently posted footage of him breaking down the solo of the mellow classic “Before The Dawn” (from Judas Priest’s 1978 album Killing Machine; Hell Bent For Leather in North America).
