KATAKLYSM/EX DEO frontman Maurizio Iacono spoke with Metal Trails on the final date of Paganfest in Hamburg. Check out the 20-minute video interview below:
"This is a rejuvenated and dangerous Kataklysm album that's coming, it will hit hard like a freight train... make no mistake about it, we've never taken four years between records... we're hungry for blood," says vocalist Maurizio Iacono.
Kataklysm's forthcoming album will be titled Waiting For The End To Come. Tentatively scheduled for a late 2013 or early 2014 release, it will be recorded by guitarist Jean Francois Dagenais and mixed by Zeuss (SUFFOCATION, HATEBREED, ARSIS).
Waiting For The End To Come will feature drummer Oli Beaudoin, formerly of NEURAXIS, behind the kit in place of Max Duhamel who left the band due to personal issues with alcohol.
