MANOWAR has taken a song from their upcoming concept album and recorded it in 16 languages. The song ‘Father’ is a heroic tribute lamented by a son who witnesses his father's death. It is based on the tale of Thor, the God of Thunder known as The Asgard Saga. The project is a collaboration of Manowar with Wolfgang Hohlbein, Germany's best selling fantasy author.

Eric Adams sang the song, with the assistance of fans worldwide, in: English, German, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Norwegian, Spanish, French, Greek, Turkish, Polish, Japanese, Croatian, Portuguese and Finnish.

‘Father’ will debut, along with new tracks from the forthcoming album, live on stage at Magic Circle Festival III on Saturday, July 18th at the Loreley on the Rhine river in Germany. An EP will also be available exclusively at the festival with a bonus CD of ‘Father’ in all the recorded languages.

Stay tuned for video clips of each version as they are recorded with an indepth look at Eric's odyssey into the world of multi-lingual vocals.
