On January 27th as part of the annual NAMM convention in Anaheim, CA, MEGADETH vocalist/guitarist Dave Mustaine was interviewed by Full Metal Jackie upstairs at the Dean booth in The Anaheim Convention Center; see for yourself:
Megadeth is currently working on their 14th studio album. The as yet untitled effort is being produced by Johnny K (aka John Karkazis; MACHINE HEAD, DISTURBED), and is expected later this year via a label to be announced.
In live news, thus far Megadeth only has one concert appearance booked for 2013 - they will play alongside IRON MAIDEN, MASTODON, and GHOST at the Italian edition of the Sonisphere Festival, set to take place at Fiera Milano Live Rho in Milan, Italy on June 8th.
