MEGADETH - David Ellefson Donating Used Bass Strings To Wear Your Music Organization To Make Fan Bracelets

MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson has checked in with the following update:

"I'm donating my used bass strings from touring to the Wear Your Music Organization to make bracelets for fans to wear. All proceeds go to MusiCares . Check it out and support them if you can!"

The bracelets are hand crafted and can be purchased here. They are packaged in DVD cases with certificates of authenticity.

Ellefson will take part in a special online chat at the Megadeth Cyber Army on Sunday, February 24th at 3:00 p.m. PT (23:00 GMT). Be sure to drop by for the regular chat giveaways. David also has a set of bass strings he used on the new album to giveaway! This is a fan-club-members-only chat. You must be a member of the Megadeth Cyber Army to participate.

Megadeth is currently working in their studio in San Diego, CA on their 14th studio album titled Super Collider.

Super Collider will be the first release through band leader Dave Mustaine’s new label, Tradecraft, after signing an exclusive worldwide deal with Universal Music Enterprises(UMe). A street date has not yet been confirmed.
