Footage of MEGADETH recording tracks for album #14 at Vic's Garage Studio in San Marcos, California during the first week of January can be seen below:
A previously released video of frontman Dave Mustaine and guitarist guitarist Chris Broderick recording material for the new album can be seen below:
The new, as yet untitled album, which is being produced by Johnny K (aka John Karkazis; MACHINE HEAD, DISTURBED) is expected in early 2013, via a label to be announced. Megadeth recently parted ways with Roadrunner Records.
In December, Mustaine issued the following update:
