According to Licensing.biz, Lovehoney has signed a new collaboration with Mötley Crüe to launch a line of sex toys based on the band.

In a deal brokered by Global Merchandising Services, the Official Mötley Crüe Collection is made up of of eight mini and midi-sized vibrators featuring the band’s typography and artwork as featured on albums such as Girls Girls Girls and Too Fast For Love.

“We’re thrilled to be able to add some true rock icons to our catalogue with the Official Mötley Crüe Collection," said Lovehoney's sales manager, Sabrina Earnshaw. “The eight eye-catching vibes capture the style and sex appeal of the band perfectly and deliver the power and pleasure you’d expect from The World’s Most Notorious Rock Band."

The range will ship to retailers in September.

Downtown Music Publishing has acquired Nikki Sixx's complete Mötley Crüe song catalog, reports AllAccess.com.

Downtown previously served as Nikki's administrator of these copyrights. As part of the agreement, Downtown will also represent Sixx's neighbouring rights and will continue to administer his non-Mötley compositions, including those from his group Sixx:A.M.

Having worked with Sixx since 2009, Downdtown has helped elevate his song catalog through key brand partnerships and sync licenses with the likes of Coldwell Bankers, Dodge, Yahoo and Sprint as well as a major Super Bowl campaign for Kia that featured the band as on-screen talent.
