#11 - Lemmy shocks the metal community and moves to LA in 1990. Answering accusations of forsaking England, he explains that essentially, England had forsaken Motörhead, implying that the band couldn’t get good gigs there, record sales were scant and that the press had turned on him. Bottom line, Lem felt he needed to shake things up, and shake he did, his estrangement causing the slow dissolution of the transitional lineups at the time.
