NEPTUNE TOWERS - Rare Caravans To Empire Algol Album To Be Reissued This Month

On June 11th, Peaceville Records is releasing NEPTUNE TOWERS' rare 1994 debut of ambient soundscapes. The project was set up by Gylve ‘Fenriz’ Nagell of DARKTHRONE fame in 1993, with the intention of exploring a more atmospheric style than that of his main band, Darkthrone.
Fenriz released two albums under the Neptune Towers name, Caravans To Empire Algol and Transmissions From Empire Algol, which came out the following year.
The music takes its inspiration from the likes of TANGERINE DREAM, KLAUS SCHULZE and KRAFTWERK.
This edition of Caravans To Empire Algol contains liner notes by Fenriz.
