This long-forgotten band DRAGONSLAYER, from the classic NWOBHM scene, is finally having their music unearthed for release on a special CD reissue from Shadow Kingdom Records in October.

The label has assembled and made available together for the first time ever the band's three-song 7", as well as demo material from 1982 and 1986, all in their original quality on CD. It was also be available in a gorgeous limited edition 2xLP format.

For fans of early-era JUDAS PRIEST, SCORPIONS, UFO, DEEP PURPLE and BLACK SABBATH.

Originally called HEAVY THUNDER, the band quickly had changed their name to SLAYER - the first band to use that name. This reissue of the bands music contain's music under the SLAYER name, as well as the name they eventually would end up with: Dragonslayer. While the band did work hard, they never did sign a record deal, but did officially release a three-song 7" in 1984.
