According to Total Rock, Portrait Records, an ill-fated division of Sony, headed by John Kalodner, looks to be nearing it's demise. The label never continued momentum after it released a couple of high profile discs from RATT and GREAT WHITE two years ago. Label mates DAMN YANKEES, The Jack Blades/Jack Russell/Bobby Blotzer/C.C.DeVille all star project and CINDERELLA are a few of several who are now left without a recording contract. Apparently, Cinderella's front man Tom Keifer is elated at the news, for the band can now get on with recording their long awaited reunion album.
