German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR check in with the following update from bassist Mat Sinner:

"We're working hard on the future of the band at the moment. Aside of the two shows at the years end, we can announce today, that we will sign a new recording contract soon. Our target are two new studio recordings and a new live DVD/CD/Blu-Ray package.

After next year's Rock Meets Classic tour (featuring four members of the band), we will start with the songwriting for the new album and we have a lot of great riffs and even an album title in mind. Recordings will take place in July/August 2013.

Stay tuned for more updates soon! So long, Merry Xmas!"
