QUIET RIOT’s FRANKIE BANALI Discusses Metal Mask Art Piece – “Completely By Fate We Got This Metal Mask Imagery”

On October 2nd, Quiet Riot drummer Frankie Banali unveiled highly limited collection of artwork that is made through drum performance.

In the video below, Banali discusses his Metal Mask piece that was created when drumming to the hit Quiet Riot track “Metal Health” and that it was completely by chance that the image looked mirrored the Metal Mask mascot featured on the early QR records.

In this short video clip, Banali opens up about the release of artwork built from rhythm. He discusses the process involved, what viewers will see, and his approach to rhythm.

To create the artwork, Frankie collaborated with art team/publisher SceneFour. Based in Los Angeles, SceneFour is committed to the creation and release of collaborative artwork with music visionaries. The mediums of rhythm-on-canvas and guitar-on-canvas are the cornerstones of SceneFour’s creative history. For more details on SceneFour’s history, visit this location.
