Toronto, Ontario metallers RECKON WITH ONE check in with the following update from guitarist Mark Anthony K:
"It's been a while since my last update. I would like to say that it was for something exciting, but unfortunately it isn't this time. About four weeks ago I seriously broke my leg (left femur bone), while on my way to a doctor appointment. It was later told to me that I had been living with a hair-line fracture on that bone for months now and it finally just broke. I wish I was informed of that sooner, it would have prevented this from happening. But in any case I'm on a long road to recovery and due to this I'm sorry to say that I'm putting the band on hold. How long? I'm not sure and to be honest at this point I'm not sure if I will even get it back up and going again after. To be honest I need time to focus on my injury and health, and to be honest music is not high on my list of important things right now.
With that said, I don't want to close all the doors to me doing music in the future..I might reform the group or I might do something new altogether. Only time will tell. I would like to thank my RWO band mates for their time and hard work, and wish them the best of luck with whatever they do now. Its hard for me to do this, but in the past I've always thought about others in my band and did things to make others happy, but now its time for me to focus on me and make myself happy. I hope you all understand."
