Streaming below is the official trailer for the upcoming Rigor Mortis documentary, Welcome To Your Funeral (The Story Of Rigor Mortis) Part 1. The documentary is also now available for pre-order on DVD at this location.
The documentary was directed by Bruce Corbitt and edited by Michael Huebner. It’s narrated by Philip H. Anselmo. The documentary was the winner of the "Best Documentary Award” at the 2014 Housecore Horror Film Fest.
This is the story of North Texas-based Rigor Mortis and the meteoric rise of one of the most original and influential speed metal bands of all time.
The stranger-than-fiction rollercoaster ride that has to be seen to be believed. This film takes you back to the earliest beginnings of the band, through their highly controversial signing to Capitol Records in 1987.
The official online release date is December 10th. Physical copies will be available at the 2015 Housecore Horror Film Fest from November 12th - 15th. An official screening of the film will be shown on December 9th at Kessler Theater in Dallas, Texas.
