RONNY MUNROE – Former METAL CHURCH Vocalist Launches New Band MUNROE’S THUNDER

Former Metal Church vocalist Ronny Munroe has formed a new band called Munroe’s Thunder. 

The band features David Mark Pearce on guitars, Justin Zych on guitars, RC Ciejek on bass, and Rick Ward on drums. Munroe’s Thunder is currently working on their debut album The Black Watch, due for release summer 2016 with teaser clips coming soon.

Munroe comments: “The dynamics of this band are beyond incredible and we look forward to bringing you something absolutely mind-blowing. I feel fortunate to be working with persons of utmost talent and drive who are wholeheartedly dedicated in creating this masterpiece in the making! Rock on and thank you for your continued support! This one is already turning out to be an epic creation. We're psyched!!! Horns up!”

Metal Church recently announced the return of legendary frontman, Mike Howe, who first took the place of original singer David Wayne in the mid-'80s.

Former Metal Church singer Ronny Munroe who fronted the band from 2003-2014, commented on the return of Howe to the band: “Congratulations to Mike Howe in his new appointment as the new lead vocalist of Metal Church. Wishing him and the band all the best moving forward!”
