Speaking with Q1043 New York's Jim Kerr Rock And Roll Morning Show (video below) in support of his newly released Big Beautiful Book Of Bass, Rush frontman Geddy Lee reveals that he's still not sure what his next project will be, but thinks his Rush bandmate and lifelong friend Alex Lifeson will probably be involved. Rush drummer Neil Peart is "retired", he maintains.

"The idea of seeing Neil, Alex and myself on stage or on record together is not realistic," Lee says. "We're still good friends and we talk all the time. We've all been together quite recently having a good dinner together, but that part of our life, we've moved on from that."

Geddy Lee has released the Big Beautiful Book Of Bass, a 408-page book that profiles his love of all things bass and his personal collection of vintage electric bass guitars, dating from the 1950s to the 1980s. All editions of the new book are available for order at Rush Backstage now.
