SABATON’s Joakim Brodén Loses Bet With Bandmates, Has To Walk Over 500 km To Trondheim Metal Fest; Video

Sabaton singer Joakim Brodén lost a bet with his bandmates after a crazy party this weekend and has to walk from Falun in Sweden to Trondheim in Norway (552 km) for their show at Trondheim Metal Fest in October, with a hangover.

This will be Sabaton’s last Norwegian show in 2015 and it all goes down on October 1st - 3rd at the Scandic Lerkendal Congress Hotel, one of Norway´s biggest conference hotels. Get your tickets here.

Wacken TV recently posted pro-shot video footage of Sabaton performing "Metal Crüe" on August 1st at Wacken Open Air 2015 in Wacken, Germany. Watch below:

Sabaton are coming back to the UK in 2016 and this time they're bringing Scotland's favourite heavy metal pirates, Alestorm.

Pär Sundström comments: "We felt that the last UK tour was not enough and since then we have been thinking of what we can do and talking to our friends in Alestorm we came up with the idea of this tour. When we hit the UK both bands will play a full set! And it‘s in good venues where we can bring more of our stage set than we could in the past. This will be awesome!"

They will also be supported by fellow Swedes, Bloodbound.
