SALEMS LOTT Banned From Viper Room For Second Time

Young up and comers Salems Lott have been gaining a steady growth in popularity in LA as one of the only bands combining elements of thrash/speed metal, glam and shock rock played at ridiculous tempos. The band is known for their blistering music and violent stage shows (Previous shows included a chainsaw execution and self-mutilation).
Memorial Day Weekend was no different, when the band played the infamous Viper Room Sunday night and set off some pyro and smoke bombs leaving a musty smell in the air. Followed by a giant piece of rotten meat (a real Cows Tongue!), which lead singer/guitarist Monroe Black began to put in his mouth then chop up with a machete, finally throwing what was left of the tongue into the audience. The Hollywood crowd was in awe but The Viper Room wasn’t too pleased, as they were banned from the venue for a second time.
