Norwegian black metal staples SATYRICON have officially entered the studio to begin recording their eighth studio album and follow-up to 2008's The Age Of Nero. The recordings will last until the summer, with the release scheduled for September.
According to leader Satyr, the music will greatly differ from what the group has released in the two previous decades.
Satyricon will premier new material at Oslo, Norway's Inferno Festival, which is being held at the venues Rockefeller, John Dee, Rock In, Blå, Unholy, Victoria and Revolver from March 27-30th.
