“Live Fast, Die Last”, the new single from South Africa-based rockers, Dead Lucky, is now available.
The song is a clear statement of how Dead Lucky see themselves. The music video (see below) of the first single from the album Sons Of Lazarus makes brightly clear what kind of a wild mob is moving from Cape Town to the North, to bring their brute thundering heavy rock n’ roll to Europe. They definitely have powerful dynamite in their luggage.
With their debut album, Sons Of Lazarus, produced by Brendyn Rossouw and Theo Crous (Prime Circle, Parlotones, Karen Zoid,) in the Heritage Sound as well as Bellville Studios, and mastered by Reuben Cohen (Rob Zombie, Incubus, Bruno Mars) at Lurssen Mastering in Los Angeles, they show unapologetic that the African continent is nutritious soil for convincing rough heavy rock with its own identity.
On March 13th the album will be released internationally via Dr. Music Records as a digipak including a poster booklet. The music video, “Live Fast, Die Last“, which was created by the South African movie maker Michael Ellis, staged into direct and authentic scenes, spreads the the pure rampant energy of the Dead Lucky sound and celebrates the dirty heavy rock.
