SUN AND SAIL CLUB Recruit ADOLESCENTS Singer For New Record

Sun And Sail Club, featuring members Bob Balch of Fu Manchu (guitar / vocoder vocals), Scott Thomas Reeder of Kyuss / The Obsessed (production / bass) and Fu Manchu drummer Scott Reeder, will release a new album in early 2015. The band have recruited Tony Reflex (Adolescents) to sing on the new record.
Bob Balch states: "We got Tony Reflex from one of my favorite bands The Adolescents to sing on the new Sun And Sail Club record. Tony is the nicest guy on the planet. He agreed to do this without even hearing a note! Then he came in and destroyed! He is my new favorite human. This record is insane. We can't wait for you to hear it. It's a mix between Adolescents, Fu Manchu, Bad Brains, Black Flag, Deep Wound, Melvins, Die Kreuzen, Voivod, Slayer, Minor Threat, Articles Of Faith, Bl'ast, Fear and Devo. Really quick high energy songs! Some of the fuzziest and most aggressive stuff I've ever played!"
Balch also added: "We have been chipping away at this record for a few months at a few different studios. Tony finished his vocals a few days ago. Now it's time to head out to Reeder's for some low end bass action and solo overdubs then we're done!"
