SYNCstudio In Brooklyn To Host Full Metal Cycling Class This Week

SYNCstudio in Williamsburg Brooklyn, NY (133 S 2nd Street between Bedford and Berry) is hosting a metal themed indoor cycling class on Thursday, July 24th at 7:15 PM.
Trainer Halston Bruce remarks: "Exercise shouldn't just be for wearing spandex and sweating to house music! The class is slated to be on Thursday, July 24th at 7:15pm. I'm also pretty sure this is the first time this has been done in the New York scene...most themed rides are about Lady Gaga and Britney Spears. As you can imagine I'd like to change that! Blood will rain from the ceiling ... and by blood I mean sweat!"
What to Bring: Water bottle, sweating clothes and sneakers / SPD / LOOK cycling shoes (SYNC does rent shoes)
