German rockers The New Black have posted the first installment of a Making Of series for their new album, A Monster's Life. In the clip below, bassist Günt Auschrat offers his take on the new material in the recording studio.

“Ten tracks, no bullshit, no dead weights”, The New Black vocalist Fludid sums up the fourth album's fundament. A Monster's Life sounds like an album should sound that starts off with a smasher called “Long Time Coming”: As if the three years since the last record steered the band to this singular point. They recorded with Danish icon Jacob Hansen, a proven master of kick ass Rock, the guy Volbeat commited to ever since their first album.
A Monster's Life will be released on February 26th via AFM Records.
