THE WINERY DOGS, consisting of drummer MIKE PORTNOY (ex-DREAM THEATER), bassist BILLY SHEEHAN (MR. BIG), and guitarist / vocalist RICHIE KOTZEN (ex-POISON) will release their self-titled debut album on July 23rd.

In the video below, drummer Portnoy admits, "This is the first time I've been in an all original band that's just a rock band, in the vein of LED ZEPPELIN or VAN HALEN. For me it's so refreshing to just play straight ahead music."
