Thrawsunblat, the Canadian blackened folk metal brainchild of former Woods Of Ypres guitarist Joel Violette and Immortal Bird vocalist/drummer Rae Amitay, have checked in with the following update:

Today we've launched the first stream from Metachthonia: track two, 'She Who Names The Stars'. Available for stream on Bandcamp, it will also be available immediately as a download for anyone who pre-orders, or has pre-ordered. Anyone who pre-orders --or has pre-ordered-- also gets an exclusive, non-streamed track one week before release, as promised. Hope you dig!
