TIM "RIPPER" OWENS (DIO DISCIPLES, ex-JUDAS PRIEST) has issued the following update in regards to his concert venue/burger restaurant, Ripper Owens Tap House, in Arkon, Ohio:

"Hello everyone. Yes it is true, Ripper Owens Tap house is moving! We are not moving because we could not afford the rent or lack of space, we are moving because the current lease term was up and we could not come to an agreement on a new lease. So starting today, the owner of the building, Russ Mazzolla Jr., will open his own restaurant at the current location. I have agreed with Russ to keep the Ripper Owens Tap House name for the next 30 days so he can slowly move in and make his changes and we can slowly move out and find our new location. The ROTH name, menu and World Tour Of Wings will all go with me at the end of the 30 days!

Starting today there will be no live entertainment at the current location. Russ will fill you in on what format and menu he will be offering. Lets all help Russ out and get him off to a great start. I'm sure you will still see me there having dinner and removing my photos... lol. If you all have any questions on this, feel free to ask me by a personal message or call Russ at the Tap House.

Also... With this move comes exciting news. A new partner! It is none other than Micah Posten. Micah is a friend and a very successful business man who has the passion and a lot of great ideas for the new ROTH! We will strive to improve every aspect of the Tap House and have a top notch staff with a lot of familiar faces and also a few new ones. As soon as we have more info, we will pass it along to all of you.

As of today Randy Arehart will no longer have any involvement with The ROTH. He has decided to pursue other interests both personally and professionally. I myself would like to thank Randy for all the great things he has done and the excitement he brought to the restaurant and we wish him the best of luck!
