August 31, 2010, 14 years ago
Twin Cities, MN-based metallers AFTER THE BURIAL are currently in the studio recording the follow up album to their Sumerian Records debut, Rareform, which has sold over 20,000 copies in North America.
This new album, which is yet to be titled, has After The Burial working with co-producer and mixer Jocke Skog (CLAWFINGER, MESHUGGAH), vocal producer Will Putney (FOR TODAY, SUICIDE SILENCE), and the band's very own Justine Lowe to engineer the recording.
Laying down some guest guitar riffs on the new album will be Rusty Cooley (OUTWORLD, DAY OF RECKONING).
After The Burial has been extremely busy working on this album in between tours throughout the year. The band has released several videos online with updates on how the writing process has been coming together.
Starting September 3rd in Hollywood, CA, After The Burial will embark on a full US tour with BLEEDING THROUGH, For Today and label mates STRAY FROM THE PATH. Then after a week and a half break, they take off to Europe for their 23 date tour with MAROON.
