Brian Sword from The Double Stop has uploaded a new interview with producer/engineer Wyn Davis. Davis walks through his career, from his early days in production, to working with Dokken, Dio, and Foreigner. He talks about how he became Ronnie James Dio’s favorite recording engineer and shares his experiences with Heaven & Hell.
Davis started work with Dokken on the 1995 album Dysfunctional and up through their latest album, 2012’s Broken Bones, and with Dio on the 1996 album Angry Machines up through Dio’s last full-length with 2004’s Master Of The Moon. He also worked on Heaven & Hell’s The Devil You Know.
