The new self-titled Annihilator CD has been out in Europe, Japan and Australia since May 17th, while North America has had iTunes, Amazon and many other digital/online services making the new CD available for download-only - and legally.

Annihilator main-man Jeff Waters: "Although the new CD, Annihilator, has been doing fantastic on ITunes and other online outlets, the new CD is still not available in North America.
