The reformed lineup of Netherlands-based death metallers ASPHYX check in with the following update:
"Last year Asphyx reunited for just one show at the Party.San festival. But it turned out a bit different. We enjoyed playing the tunes of brutality and we're having lots of fun together so much that quiting isn't an option.We already wrote 3 new songs and there are more to come!!! One of them, the fastest track, was recorded a few weeks ago. Finally today the mix is finished: please check out 'Death... The Brutal Way' (unmastered).

As previously reported, Asphyx have confirmed they will headline a gig dubbed 'Triumph Of Death', scheduled for March 29th at Knaack Club in Berlin, Germany.
