Although rumors suggest otherwise, bass legend BILLY SHEEHAN contacted BW&BK; about MR. BIG reforming. "Mr Big won't be reforming," Sheehan bluntly stated. "Myself, Pat Torpey (drums) and Richie Kotzen (guitars) may work on some music together, but we would never have the GAUL AND

AUDACITY to DEFRAUD THE PUBLIC by calling it Mr. Big ... UNLIKE SOME OTHER MEMBERS! Ha!! I just learned that the singer of the band is traveling the USA calling his ensemble "Mr Big". I've gotten many irate emails from disappointed fans who've been duped by this scam. They've sent me newspaper and radio ads to prove it. Very sad. Mr Big is NOT reformed, and is not going to reform. Any ex-member calling his band "Mr Big" is scamming for cash. Pat, Richie and I did play together in Tokyo recently and it went very well. Nothing definite yet though. I'll be busy with the follow up to Compression, doing a Niacin USA tour in November, and working on a few other records. I just got home from a tour in Japan with a Japanese band (The B'z) for the summer. We played in front of 750,000 people on that tour! What a blast. They've sold over 70,000,000 records there. Seventy Million. Ouch!”
