A live performance debut from BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION - the Anglo/American rock supergroup comprising vocalist/bassist Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK SABBATH, TRAPEZE), drummer Jason Bonham (LED ZEPPELIN), Derek Sherinian (DREAM THEATER) and blues rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa - will air tonight (8:30 PM UK / 3:30 PM EST / 12:30 PM PST) on Planet Rock.

Black Country Communion release their debut album in the UK and the rest of Europe today - Monday, September 20th via Mascot Records, followed by a North American release through J&R; Adventures on Tuesday, September 21st.

At 7 PM on Saturday, September 4th, Planet Rock aired an exclusive hour-long documentary interview with the band. The documentary features Planet Rock speaking to the BCC members about the band’s formation and future. The one hour radio special will be repeated on Thursday, September 9th at 11 PM.

Presented by DJ Nicky Horne, the behind-the-scenes documentary includes exclusive interviews with Glenn Hughes, Joe Bonamassa and Jason Bonham, plus a selection of music from their highly anticipated debut album. Also featured in the one hour special will be the song 'One Last Soul', which has fast become one of the station’s most requested tracks.
