Candlelight Records' CRIONICS have posted the following 2007 recap:

"Without doubt, year 2007 was the most hard-working and decisive period during band’s career. It was because of releasing new album - Neuthrone, intense promotional work – touring mainly, and our involving in other projects, focused on music obviously.

First term of last year was dedicated for finishing our new, long-looking forward album, so we worked on last corrections and mixes of the material in Zed Studio. During that time we also were making our first videoclip for “Humanmeat Cargo” that was included in “Neuthrone” and proudly promoted it in all the world.

We played on first edition of 'Rebel Angles Tour' in May, so we had first opportunity to present some new songs from forthcoming album and check their power live. July was time of awaiting for releasing of new record in Poland, Europe, USA, South America, Japan and Australia and first promotional activities that were the effect of productive colaboration with our label, Candlelight Records. The partnership, that become direct, qicken at last and their engagement surprised us very positively.

In August we played on Red Alert Open Air on Crimea, where we directly supported headliners of the fest – IMMOLATION and VADER. We spent September on Northern Assassination Tou” when together with ROTTING CHRIST KRISIUM and INCANTATION were performing for maniax of Baltic and Scandinavian countries and Northern Germany.

Next month and next days on tour – very good welcomed gigs in Russia, this time with DECAPITATED. Great atmosphere between bands and very good organisation of the tour made it one of the best both bads participated in as we used to say, until it’s unexpected tragic end... In our van’s accident that happened at exact finish of Extreme Hallucinosis Eastern Tour. Vitek, the drummer of Decapitated died, and Covan, the vocalist got seriuos head injuries and is still being hospitalized.

We retured to Poland, still shocked with last tragic experiences which ingrained in our minds but we had to move forward...

Second edition of Rebel Angels Tour closed series of at total 20 concerts in biggest cities in our country. This result satisfied us a lot because just a few bands are able to play so many gigs in various places in Poland and these tours very rarely are professionally organized...

So, we want to thank Creative Music that we are cooperating with, company that seems to be experienced and worth of confidence. In December, we played charity concert for families of Vitek and Covan, this performance finished tens of new album’s promotional gigs we played in 2007.

Finally, we have to mention about some strange politics’ movements. Their decisions, deprived of any sense and lawful argumantation caused cancellation of our and other Polish bands’ gigs, placing maniax of extreme music as well as it’s musicians on unfavourable position...

Summarize, year 2007 was very intense for us, fraught with events that made us walking into new year tall, made our plans for 2008 wider and more demanding. It also was full of things that shouldn’t happen, which tragically verified our considering of some occurrences but at the same time made us stronger."
