DIO DISCIPLES - featuring singer Tim "Ripper" Owens (JUDAS PRIEST, BEYOND FEAR), singer Oni Logan (LYNCH MOB), guitarist Craig Goldy (DIO), bassist Bjorn Englen (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN), keyboardist Scott Warren (DIO, HEAVEN & HELL) and drummer Simon Wright (DIO, AC/DC) - have issued the following statement:

"Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Dio Disciples are unable to perform their concerts that were scheduled in Chile on June 7th and Paraguay on June 11th.

We want to assure all of our fans that this is NOT the band's fault. We love your countries and we hope to be able to return to play for you all very soon.

Our shows in both Brazil and Mexico will still go on as scheduled on June 14th and 15th (Brazil) and June 19th, 20th, and 21st (Mexico).

Both Dio Disciples and management are very sorry and we apologize for any inconveniences to our fans."
