Australia’s DUNGEON have issued the following update via their official website (www.dungeon.cd):

“Hey, everyone!

Quite a few cool things happening in the Dungeon camp right now!

Firstly, our live Japanese tour 2003 DVD, Under The Rising Sun is currently being pressed and should be available in Australia in the first week or so of August. It looks absolutely HUGE and it not only has the entire show we did at Club Citta in Tokyo, but all of the behind the scenes fun of the entire trip, highlights from the Osaka show and bonus video clips of ‘Resurrection’ and ‘The Other Side’.

Next, our album One Step Beyond is now entirely complete! We're in the final stages of assembling all of the booklet information, photos, cover art and all of that fun stuff before it's shipped off to our good friends at Limb Music Products and Metal Warriors to make lots and lots of copies so you can all buy lots and lots of copies and make us filthy less poor! *grin* If all goes to plan, the album should be out a little later in the year. We're very proud of this one, it's definitely our strongest and best sounding album to date and we really hope you like it as much as we do!

If you’re one of the lucky people who will be in Sydney on the 6th of August, we will be playing the Utopia 25th Anniversary show Metal For The Masses where we will be previewing our DVD and then giving a world exclusive first listen to One Step Beyond at the official after-party! Don’t miss out!

Finally, the big news - Tim and Stu, along with our manager Steve Ravic are off on a month long promotional tour around the globe at the start of August!

We'll be visiting our good friends in Japan, meeting with labels and promoters and playing a few shows there with members of the legendary Metalucifer as our backing band and an acoustic set at the Nagoya Hard Rock Cafe.

From there, we head to Germany to talk to industry folks about our European tour prospects for 2005 and also doing our best to catch up with our pals in Edguy, Doro, Destruction and Dragonland.

From Germany, we head to Croatia to do some shows with members of Croatia's finest melodic metal band Undercode and doing some film work on Steve Ravic's movie, The Warrior. We should be making our way to other parts of Europe briefly, during our stay in Croatia. Our last stop is in New York, which will be a pretty cool experience to say the least!

We hope to come home with a raised awareness of both Dungeon and Australian metal throughout Europe and Japan, and strong plans for a Dungeon world tour in 2005.

It’s been a busy year so far and it’s showing no signs on slowing down anytime soon! Wish us luck, everyone!
