HYDROGYN Guitarist Launches New Project URA-KIA, Debut Album Due In Spring 2011
March 6, 2011, 13 years ago
HYDROGYN guitarist Jeff Westlake has launched a new project, URA-KIA. Along with Jeff Boggs, Keith Ramsey and Matt Scheen, the four have been holed up in the studio for the past 10 days and are nearing completion of the new release. The self-titled release will be ready for release in late spring and the band is also shooting a promotional video for the first single from the album.
Hydrogyn's activities are unaffected by Ura-Kia's development, and it's quite possible the band will hit the road together in the future.
As previously reported, Hydrogyn's new album, Judgement, is available now. The line-up for the record is:
Julie - vocals
Jeff Westlake - guitars/bass
Chris Sammons - bass/vocals
Joe Migz - Drums
Guest Musicians
Jeff Boggs - guitars
Eddie Lance - keyboards
Dug Pinnick (KING'S X) - bass and vocals on 'Big Star'
