JESSICA SIMPSON Makes Offer On OZZY OSBOURNE's Former Home

According to Opposingviews.com, JESSICA SIMPSON has put in an offer on OZZY and SHARON OSBOURNE's former home.
Simpson wants to purchase the $13.5 million Hidden Hills home in California that has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a recording studio, and a pool.
Jessica and her fiance Eric Johnson and their seven-month-old daughter Maxwell hope to move in before her new baby is born.
A source close to the couple reveal, “Jessica wants a new place as sort of a fresh start. When Eric moved into Jessica’s house it was always with the understanding that they would get a new place together. Jessica’s house is very shabby chic and romantic, it’s just not man-friendly. So they want a new house they can decorate together – a place they can call their own.”
