A message states: "This week we let loose on KISS and Kissonline for the mess they created with the delivery of the KISS Destroyer Box Set or the lack of delivery. Diehard KISS fans ordered the box set from Kissonline the day it was announced and come release day, nothing. Fans who ordered from Amazon were getting their box sets, fans walking into record stores were getting their box set. Fans who ordered directly from KISS got nothing more than a email saying it might not be delivered by December 3rd. This is all on the heels of KISS 2020 Goodbye and the Elder Deluxe Picture Disc fiascos."
