LIFE OF AGONY To Headline Jagermeister Stage At Damnation Festival

Damnation Festival 2009 is scheduled for Saturday, October 24th at Leeds University Union in Leeds, England.

"New York crossover legends LIFE OF AGONY will headline the Jagermeister Stage at this year's Damnation Festival with an exclusive performance.The group will bring their emotional blend of heavy rock and alternative metal to the UK for the first time since their sold-out show at London's Koko in 2006 following a series of dates headlining festivals across Europe.
Life of Agony will top a stage which already boasts a wealth of diverse talent inlcuding DESTRUCTION, THERAPY? and ELECTRIC WIZARD with guests and opening acts still be to announced.
Damnation Festival director Gavin McInally said: "Landing a headliner of Life of Agony's stature is a major coup and the fact it's the first time they'll play the UK in almost four years, makes it all the more special. After playing some off the biggest and most respected rock and metal events across Europe this summer, they'll fly in from New York for this one-off performance and we're delighted to host what is sure to be a special show."
