MANOWAR, IGGY POP, MOTÖRHEAD and THE KILLERS have been confirmed for Romania's BestFest, which runs from July 1st - 5th in Bucharest. The event is divided into three parts: Day Zero (July 1st), The Festival (July 2nd - 4th) and the Aftershock (July 5th).
