Gothenburg, Sweden-based melodic death metal act MARIONETTE has entered a studio in Borås with producer Simon Exner to begin recording their debut album, due later in the year via an as-yet-undisclosed label. Marionette's Terror Hearts EP was recorded in late 2006 with Henryk Lipp (BURST) and Christian Silver (SONIC SYNDICATE, BY NIGHT). It was mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordström (IN FLAMES, AT THE GATES, DARK TRANQUILLITY) in December 2006. The demo since has gained praise from underground and mainstream media alike in Sweden. Marionette will make their live debut on January 31st at Klubben in Stockholm in support of GIRGAMESH.
