METALLICA Manager Peter Mensch Sells Greenwich Home For $7.25 Million

According to Blockshopper Manhattan, Peter Mensch sold a home at 267 W. 11th St. in West Village to Melissa Meyer for $7.25 million on November 12.
The 4,749-square-foot house was built in 1910 in the Greenwich Village Historic District.
Mensch is co-owner at Q Prime, a talent management company that handles music career of famous artists including METALLICA, JIMMY PAGE, THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, SHANIA TWAIN and JOSH GROBAN.
He previously was a manager at Contemporary Communications. He began his career as a tour accountant for AEROSMITH.
He received his bachelor's degree in urban studies at Brandeis University and his M.A. in marketing from the University of Chicago.
