NITA STRAUSS - Tonight's Show In Monterrey, Mexico Canceled - "The Situation Is Out Of Our Control"
November 14, 2024, 4 hours ago
Guitarist Nita Strauss (Alice Cooper) has been forced to cancel her solo concert tonight, November 14th, in Monterrey, Mexico due to an unexpected turn of events. Strauss has issued the following statement:
"Hello friends,
Unfortunately we have some extremely disappointing news to share.
All of the tour’s equipment was seized at customs in Monterrey last night and we have now learned there is no possibility to get it in time for the concert tonight.
This is not the fault of the band or the promoters, but the situation is out of our control.
We are all safe and trying very hard along with the promoters to make the other two shows in Mexico happen.
All of the show tickets will be refunded in full. VIP Meet and Greet for tonight will still happen at another location and all VIPs have been emailed the new details.
We are very sorry to have to give you this news and hope to come back to Monterrey to play again soon."
