SEASON OF GHOSTS Perform First Live Show In 19 Months - "Perhaps We Appreciate The Gift Of A Good Concert Even More Right Now"

UK-based Season Of Ghosts supported Japan's Bridear for a one-off show in London on October 6th at The Underworld Camden. Vocalist Sophia Aslanides has checked in with the following update:
"Last night was an almost unreal, immersive experience of what we'd been missing for the past 19 months: authentic human connection, spontaneity, refreshing interactions, nourishing relationships, face-to-face exchange of ideas and emotions and a good belly laugh!
I was anxious about returning to the stage, on top of recovering from a nasty chest infection that almost made us cancel the show. My voice wasn't back 100% last night, but my attention quickly shifted as soon as I started noticing the intense energy of the crowd. Allow me to say, it felt very different than pre-pandemic, not because we didn't appreciate concerts before, but because perhaps we appreciate the gift of a good concert even more right now.
We got so much great feedback last night, more than ever before We presented a new song preview and also it was the first show with our new live bassist and he slayed!
We're immensely grateful to Orion Live for welcoming us back to the stage! It's always great working with you, we always feel loved and taken care of. Major thanks to the hardworking staff at The Underworld Camden, the adorable girls of Bidear for the happy times, and most of all YOU and your incredible energy!
Stay hydrated today, I'm sure many of you still have a sore throat from last night's shouting and singing."
Season Of Ghosts released an official video for "Listen" in 2019, taken from the band's second studio album, A Leap Of Faith, released October 23rd, 2018. The clip features live footage taken during the band's 2019 European tour.
