The Jakarta Post reports that Brazilian thrash metal band SEPULTURA has been confirmed for three concerts in different cities in Indonesia this year. The promoter, Revision Live, confirmed that the band would tour Jakarta, Tenggarong in Kutai Kertanegara, East Kalimantan, and Makassar in South Sulawesi.

The band will kick off their tour at Kutai Kertanegara Rockinfest 2012 in Tenggarong on November 9th, and will later continue the tour at the Rockfest 2012 at the D field Senayan, Jakarta, on November 10th. The band will hold their last Indonesian gig at the Trans Studio in Makassar the following day (November 11th).

Tickets went on sale today (Thursday, October 25th) in respective cities.

Organizers of the Rock In Rio Festival recently confirmed Sepultura as part of the 2013 line-up. The band will hit the stage with Les Tambours Du Bronx, featuring 16 drummers from France, and their show will be filmed for an official live Sepultura DVD. The release is slated for 2014.
