SINNER, featuring PRIMAL FEAR bassist Mat Sinner and guitarist Henny Wolter, have issued the following update:

"Primal Fear's show at the Rockfest in Kurim was cancelled because Ralf (Scheepers) had a bad cold and a laryngitis. He couldn't even speak last Wednesday and he's still taking very strong medicaments. The only offer we could make to the organizers was to check the Sinner guys, show faith and play a show, be there and give the fans a good time! Of course, the flight tickets for Henny, Mat and the crew were already booked. Klaus and Christof agreed to travel with us and we arrived together on Saturday 13th in Vienna Airport. The shuttle broke down on the way to Vienna and we had a lot of time to drink a lot of coffee. Achim was permanently on the phone with the local dudes in Brno and after even a longer time, the shuttle dude arrived and took us to Kurim .... Formula 1 style ;)

We arrived in Kurim after another 2hrs drive. The stage looked cool, fans were great and the locals organizers were doing a good job. The hotel was just around the corner and we had some great steaks and prepared for the show – Showtime 23h – after our alltime classic introduction 'Graveyard Symphony' our backline genius „The" Neil Witchard entered the stage and introduced the band.

We started the set with Sammy's 'One Way To Rock' .... well, and Henny's amp was exploding during 'Comin'Out Fighting'. Our other great technician Kalle was fast like hell and within 30 seconds we got another amp running – bad enough, only with one channel. Well, that's the reality and rock'n roll. We played following set including one song from the forthcoming album Revolution – it was cool to see and hear how great this song was received by the crowd!

The setlist: 'One Way To Rock', 'Comin' Out Fighting', 'When Silence Falls', 'Born To Rock', 'Badlands', 'Are You Ready', Henny guitar solo, 'Knife In My Heart', 'The Other Side', 'Judgement Day', Klaus drum solo, 'Danger Zone', 'Germany Rocks (Kurim Rocks)', 'Rebel Yell', 'Revolution', 'Satisfied'.

We had an unexpected great weekend, great fans, very friendly local promoters! Thanks to Achim, Kalle and Neil for their endless support & help!"
