The following message to the fans has been posted at guitarist Steve Vai's official website:

"If you've purchased a ticket for the EVO Premium Experience, you should arrive at the venue at 3:30pm on the day of the show. While we email all EVO ticket holders a few days before each show to remind them of this start time and attempt to also send a second reminder email, some people do not get these emails - often due to spam filters, changed email addresses, etc. To ensure you receive these emails, please add the address 'evo@vai.com' to your address book.

There will be some exceptions to this time: All EVO participants in Stockholm, Sweden on October 5th should arrive at the venue at 2:30pm (not 3:30 as previously stated). This is due to Steve's in-store appearance at 4:00pm.

For all shows in the UK, the EVO check-in time will be 2:30pm, except Nottingham, which will begin at 2:00pm. These earlier start times are due to early venue curfews in the UK. It's important you arrive on time so that your name can be checked off our list, and you can receive your EVO laminate and merch bag before heading into the venue.

With regards to Vai's in-store appearance in Stockholm, he will be appearing at JAM (Roslagsgatan 14, Stockholm, phone: [+46] 8 410 510 88) today, October 5th, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
