At a time when we miss sweaty concert locations and tangible intoxicating live music more than ever, Stoned Jesus provide their fans, stoner rock disciples and music lovers with a special digital present: Back in 2019, in celebration of their 10th anniversary, the stoner prog visionaries played an intimate concert in Kyiv at the Green Theatre and are now premiering the full live-show exclusively on the Napalm Records YouTube channel, today at 7pm CET. 

The band comments on the stream: "Live at Green Theatre is Stoned Jesus’ first outdoor non-festival concert. Filmed in our home city of Kyiv, it was also the first show of the Xth Anniversary Tour."

To date, Stoned Jesus have released four trailblazing full-lengths and played countless concerts all over the world, spreading their heavy blend of sludgy Stoner Rock mixed with remarkable Psychedelic influences and a hypnotizing dash of sludge, doom and prog. The Ukraine export featuring founding member, guitarist and vocalist Igor Sydorenko drape an occult veil over their lyricism and definitely know how to put their audience under their spell. 

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of their trailblazing debut album, Stoned Jesus turned back the clocks and re-released their stoner doom offering, First Communion, on August 21st via Napalm Records. Watch an unboxing video below:

Four hard hitting, sludgy originals are enriched with an unreleased demo version of “Red Wine”, presenting a heavy blend of uncompromising rawness and previously unheard nuances. Tracks such as “Black Woods”, with over four million of hits on YouTube, mark their peerless standing in the scene. With First Communion, Stoned Jesus lays the raw cornerstone for their unmistakable signature style, melting barriers across genre boundaries in its wake.
